The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach
"The was not expected. The bathroom was too small, the air condition stopped working. Reported to front desk, they were suppose to send maintenance personnel. No show. Called back they said he's gone for the night. I called before his shift was over. They offered to give us another room, at 12 midnight ..."

"While the linens and towels were spotless, the property was not. The bathroom floor has broken tiles sharp enough to cut your foot. Toilet and paper holder were rusty. Ice machine broken and wooden cabana around ice machine falling apart. TV remote only works when standing 1 foot away from the TV. ..."
