“Rooms are very clean and parking was not a problem. I checked out at 4:45 am to be at Good Samaritan Hospital at 5am. Due to a change in the schedule, I was left without a room at 5am. I decided to return to the hotel and they were kind enough to reactivate my key and check-out at 11am. Customer service is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will be returning.”

“Staff was helpful but not too cheerful. Room was clean but toilet would leak every time it was flushed. Nothing to complain about, just being transparent for the next customer to know. I would bring my own body wash and shampoo. Plenty of parking and good location.”

“Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating. Upside linens were nice bed was comfy, when we got in our room the bleach smell burned our nose it was wayyyy to strong! I’ve...

“The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced; it was lumpy and had a deep dip on the side I slept on. The bedding was nice.”

“Hotel was conveniently located. The entire hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had every thing we needed. Coffee and tea was available 24/7, we loved that. My only suggestion would be that they change sheets every other day.”

“Limited parking. Hotel Tacked on extra charge per night. Spots in the lot were narrow with many of the other guests going over the lines making the available spaces that much more limited. Breakfast was late to open. Rooms were poor. No screen on bathroom window, drapes were tattered, smelled like musty paint, sink drain was plugged. Guest constantly smoking near rooms in stairwells. Paper thin walls.”

“The hotel is fine, but basically in a mall. Parking is a hassle and paid. Not easy to come and go. Water problem meant no plumbing from 10-3pm! Crazy.”
