“We had to be moved twice. The first room stank so bad we had to move. The 2nd room had mold Al in the shower. It was terrible, we cancelled our 3 day stay immediately!”

“We went on a extremely busy weekend FIFA and July 4th. Self park was full we just used the valet parking. The valet staff was very helpful. The staff were so nice and professional and patient as the check in/check out line was getting a bit backed up. Nice pool, room was nice & clean bed comfy. Breakfast had quite a variety and the staff kept the food area clean and stocked with goodies. Easy check in and easy check out. Added plus great location!”

“Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working.
