This Moab townhome is conveniently located 10 minutes south of downtown, with several adventures nearby including; Arches National Park, the famous Slick Rock bike and ATV trails, and Moab Golf Club. Drive 30-45 minutes and enjoy Canyonlands National Park or the beautiful La Sal Mountains. Ride ATVs, hike, or mountain bike through the beautiful, white-capped mountain range.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for the 4 of us for 4 days. It was clean and only a few minutes to downtown Moab. The only confusing part is the directions on checkout that are left at the condo vs the ones sent to us. They differed in quite a few areas bur all minor. The communications with the host were great as well.

Motel 6 of VRBO

Our family’s third annual Thanksgiving trip to Moab. We chose this property as it was a little closer to town than where we have previously stayed. We wont’t make this mistake again… You need home maintenance skill’s if you plan on staying here. Numerous light bulbs were burnt out, including the patio light so don’t plan on grilling if it’s dark out. Don’t even try to use the garbage disposal or it will leak until you take the kitchen drain apart and clean it. Luckily, there is a large tub already under the sink for this exact purpose. Watch out for the shower door in the master bath…it likes to fall off while you are showering. The ceiling in the master bedroom is atrocious. Heavily water damaged that needs professional repair. However, the sound of the roaring highway will lull to sleep. Don’t bother trying to watch TV…there is no Dish subscription OR batteries in the remotes. Bring PLENTY of ant spray….the kitchen is heavily infested with ants. Bring your own trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper…there is a verrrrry limited supply. If you are thinking of bringing to trailer with toys, parking is horrible!! If you can tolerate these things….enjoy your stay!

Desert Wind Condo

Nice roomy condo that comfortably suited 3 couples. There were a couple of problems with torn sheets and unlockable back doors. The management company was responsive and took care of the issues.

Beds were horrible, no blinds on bedroom patio door and it was way too sunny too early, no dish cloths for the kitchen, no drain covers for the kitchen sink, requested new batteries for TV remote three times - no response, pillow cover for bed had blood stain, no directions for operating cable and TV, carpets were very stained

Friends Trip

We traveled with 2 other couples. The unit was nice but could have used a little extra TLC. The bathroom light fixture was full of dead bugs. Not all the bedrooms had TV’s in them. The back door was really hard to lock. When we go there is was unlocked. Once we got it to lock we just didn’t use it the rest of the trip. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a broken blind on the door so we had to use a towel on the window. We were given 2 wash clothes for 6 people. The location was good.

Amazing rental house in Moab

This house provided all the comforts of home for our family of 4 (all adults). There are three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom en suite). The kitchen was updated and the family room was comfortable.

Rare 3 master Condo

The condo was clean and included everything we needed during our stay. The garage had plenty of room for our 2 lifted Jeeps and the the driveway held 2 additional vehicles. There are 2 spots for 2 trailers to park on a first come basis. There is an additional lot for guest parking at the end of the complex. Upon arrival our door code did not work and management corrected that while I was on the phone with them. It only took a few minutes to change the code and enter the rental. **Tip: to lock the back door and bed room doors just lift up on the handle. We love Moab and we would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Property great, a few management notes

The residence was everything we expected, the check-in information was unclear. A door access code was provided that was nothing, did not access garage or front door. The door lockbox code was actually for a keypad, no lockbox anywhere and no key provided anywhere, which was fine once we understood the keypad code was the only door access. A garage opener was on the kitchen counter and that was our primary access, so we had a smooth stay once we understood the instructions provided were misleading. No wash clothes in any bathrooms seemed like an odd feature. We were there for the hiking.....that was fabulous.

Everything was as advertised and we had a great stay, wish the weather was a little better but we still were able to see all the parks. Cooked almost every meal there and never needed anything else to prepare our food. Great townhouse!

nice getaway place to stay for couples

This is a nice property because each bedroom has a private bath. The kitchen is well stocked and a great place to share a meal. We took food and only ate in town a couple of times. It is on the outskirts of Moab.

Arches Experience

This was a very good location for our trip to Arches National Park. We had plenty of room and the house had a nice layout to it. Our only issues was it is located near main route into and out of Moab so there was a lot of road noise when sitting outside. The noise was not a problem when we were inside.

Great 3 suite townhome in Moab

Large, comfortable, modern southwest style townhome. Has 3 separate bedrooms with 3 baths. Very comfortable for 2-3 couples. Near downtown and the parks. Home was well equipped for any length stay. Property management needs to be much more responsive. Communication was lacking. Check out process was not clear, it seems that they wanted us to wash their towels before we checked out. There was no mention of this in the listing.

Moab Home

This property location is right out of town about 4 min drive very easy to get to. The home is spacious and was very clean with a great kitchen and outdoor spaces. For some reason we had a difficult time getting in contact with the home owner / company when arriving and had never been emailed a entrance code, finally found a number on line and was given a code. The back bedroom door did not lock properly and was left that way for five days as no one came to fix it. The TVs in the bedrooms did not work as well.

Great Simple Home in Moab

This was a great home to stay at on our visit to Moab. The property was clean and the management company was very responsive when I had questions. The 3 master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. For the price, it was a VERY comfortable place to stay. We would highly reccommend!
