Our layout and location is ideal for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's!

The Space:
Located in downtown Moab, La Dolce Vita Villas are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, two spacious bedroom areas, two luxury bathrooms, private patio and outdoor dining space with a propane BBQ grill. The property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, SXS's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles. Enjoy convenient bike/gear storage on property and cleaning stations to prep for your next adventure.

Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent prior to your arrival on the booking platform and/or email allowing you to plan your trip with a hassle free and seamless arrival experience.

Another great feature of this unit is its location - just steps from downtown Moab! You'll be within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment in town. Wake up to fresh coffee from Moab Coffee Roasters or grab a bite to eat at the nearby restaurants like the Moab Brewery & Canyon Pizza before heading out to explore the stunning natural landscapes that Moab is known for.

Speaking of natural landscapes, this unit is just a 5-minute drive from Arches National Park and only 30 minutes from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. The scenic drive to each of these parks is not to be missed.

This is a very nice unit (would give 4.5 stars if I could, I don’t give 5 stars that often). We had a great stay for our family trip to the Arches Park. The park is close, so we were able to get back for an afternoon break on a very hot day! The unit is close to many eating/shopping options, in the main area of the town. The amenities are as described and made our stay comfortable.

The condo was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer was handy. This is a great location as a base for visiting Arches & Canyonlands.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, new feeling and had lots of space! The only downside was that a window in the twin bed room was missing blinds, so our kids were up early. We moved one of them to the pull out couch though for night two and it was great! They provided more than enough towels and shampoo, which was helpful! The location was great in town. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Dolce Vita Villa- Our family (4 adults)stayed here for 3 nights - the place was spacious, clean, quiet- had everything we needed. 1 King and 2 twins - soft beds. Plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans - everything to make meals if desired. City Market and Village Market right down the street. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Much better than our usual place with so much more room to breath and stretch after a long day on the Moab trails. Two large bedrooms with large den, dining and kitchen area was hands down better than anywhere weve stayed, We will be back!

It was a perfect space for our family. There was a lot of room for all of us and at the heart of Moab. It was a perfect location for both Arches and Canyonlands National parks.

I stayed here with my 3 kids, aged 11, 9, and 6. They thought the beds were very comfortable, as did I! The place was clean and was a great location, with walking distance to a grocery store and multiple restaurant options. We would stay here again.

The condo has a modern look, tall ceilings and was nicely decorated. Parking was great, storage was available for bikes and gear. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw the space.

We had a quick stop in Moab on our way home to Colorado and needed a place to sleep for the night. After being in the car this was a perfect place to rest our heads. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean and tidy when we arrived. It smelt nice and new inside and everyone slept like babies. Even the pull out couch was cozy! Hosts were very sweet and responsive! We will definitely stay here again :).

Really liked the condo. The family and I were perfectly comfortable. Excellent location in relation to the sites around Moab. Living room was spacious and a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The location is great. Close to supermarkets. There are restaurants around as well. It’s fairly quiet at night during my stay. However this largely depends on the neighbor. The house is clean and everything works. There were some small items that I ask for. Tyler was able to provide for me. Overall I am satisfied with this place.

The property was very clean. noisy in the evening but since unit was along main road even though behind restaurant you could hear road traffic. This did not bother us since we were tired after days at National Park.

Beautiful and comfortable condo in downtown Moab had all the amenities we desired. Close to Arches National Park, The Needles (south Canyonland), and northern area of Canyonland National Park. Also, take a drive along Rt.128 with the Colorado River running beside you….another gem. The Blu Pig across the street had delicious food and live music. Local grocery store and great restaurants in the area. The only negative I personally had with the condo is that it is located on the second floor with no elevator. Having a disability with my legs made this a bit tough. My own fault though since I didn’t ask the hosts what floor it was located on or if there was an elevator before we booked our stay. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with, and I am very thankful to have had such a lovely place to stay! You will love it here!

Condo is beautiful and clean, perfect location for Moab activities and quick/easy access to area parks, but in a quiet area. Easy check-in/check-out and excellent communication from property manager. Mattress and linens were super comfortable.
