The only charge that was attempted on your card was for the 100 deposit, however that was not the staff's actions; it was the hotel's system balancing the payments and charges automatically overnight. The deposit is also refundable so it would have been a temporary hold if the transaction went through. Your card information came with your reservation made through Expedia. Just to clarify, no one attempted to hack your personal devices from the hotel. Again, we apologize for the confusion and frustration.
