“L’hôtel é nuovo e pulito. La piscina piccola ma pulita e la palestra è fantastica (tutta attrezzatura nuovissima). Peccato il personale per nulla cordiale e la colazione è un po’ scarsa ma in generale ok. ”

“Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.”

“Nice hotel, very clean. The carpet in the halls was bit loose and there were some nicks in the walls from traveler traffic but nothing bad. It's very close to the university of south Alabama.”

“The rooms were average. My air conditioning unit made noise all night. The toilet wouldn’t flush Told management and the lady at the desk asked me “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO” I can’t stay in a room that the toilet don’t flush. We don’t have anything. The elevator reeked of urine with dirty carpet. We asked for extra towels and wash clothes. They didn’t have any extra to give because they were not clean.”

“If you are going to this hotel to get some rest then you are in a big surprise in the morning. The slamming of the room doors start early and continues throughout the morning. Instead of propping the room door open while servicing and cleaning they choose to go in and out and allow the door slam over and over.”

“Was not worth the money spent for 2 nights, rooms were ok, clean good enough to get sleep. Housekeepers may need to be retrained on cleaning rooms. Night staff didnt seem to know much, was able to change our room since the air wasnt working in the first room.”
