“Claimed they offered breakfast. Packaged junk food and containers of yogurt. One of the worst breakfasts I've see at a hotel, especially considering the price.”

“Having stayed there when it was new, can say with certainty that it’s outside has deteriorated. But the inside seemed in very good condition, room was nice, clean, and comfortable with lots of thought in design and amenities. Enjoyed the stay overall, once I got past first impressions. ”

“The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm...

“Didn't see a hot tub. The shower valve was installed backwards, so cold was hot hot was cold.. ”

“The staff doesn’t speak English. There’s no comforters on the beds, just a sheet & some type of itchy AF cloth. There is a pool, but you’re not swimming in it. It’s half full of some green liquid. And broken appliances surround the pump house. Not for vacations, its a place to sleep, that’s it.”

“My one night stay at the best Western Inn in Winchester Tennessee was very pleasant. Tyler the attendant on duty when I checked in and also when I checked out was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Very welcoming, which is always nice when you arrive from a few hours of driving. While the property is a bit older, my room was clean, refrigerator kept my items very cold, the bed was firm with plenty of pillows. Parking lot was well lit and clean as well.
