Casa Sol y Mar - Ocean View - Private Parking - Renovated Studio

We are delighted to welcome you to our peaceful studio with beautiful ocean views in Puerto Rico on the island of Gran Canaria. The apartment is located on the third floor of a gated complex in the sunniest part of our island. The complex does not have an elevator, but it does feature a clean swimming pool, outdoor showers, and a relaxation area with tables and plenty of sun loungers. Our studio has two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, and it has its own air conditioning. The studio features a Smart TV and high-speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. We provide bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels. The balcony, which offers beautiful ocean views, also includes a dining area. There is free private parking outside. The nearest shopping center, featuring a variety of restaurants and a supermarket, is a 10-minute walk away, and there is also a marina. We recommend renting a car to easily explore the island and enjoy Puerto Rico.
