Gentile Annie's Beach Cabin

The Beach Cabin, incastonato sotto la foresta subtropicale, ha una vista sul mare con solo pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La sua posizione privata e riparata lo rende un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e allontanarsi da tutto. Le cabine open space soggiorno / cucina sono arredate in modo confortevole e ben attrezzate.

La nostra proprietà di mille acri si trova in un ambiente in cui Aotearoa è come una volta: lussureggiante, incontaminata e naturale. Un angolo di paradiso. Gentle Annie è il luogo ideale per uscire dai sentieri battuti per sperimentare la selvaggia natura selvaggia della Nuova Zelanda e apprezzare davvero la costa occidentale dell'isola meridionale. Circondato dal Mar di Tasmania, il possente fiume Mokihinui e il bellissimo antico cespuglio, la nostra sistemazione sul mare è un luogo tranquillo per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo lontano dalla vita frenetica e offre un'ottima base per esplorare la nostra splendida regione. A soli 10 km dalla Old Ghost Road Northern Trailhead a Seddonville!

Situato in posizione centrale nella costa nord occidentale, Gentle Annie è vicino a luoghi di interesse dove gite di un giorno ti porteranno a nord verso i magnifici archi di calcare di Oparara, il Parco Nazionale Kahurangi, la pista di Heaphy e a sud verso Chasm Creek e Charming Creek Walkways, Punakaiki Pancake Rocks, il Denniston Plateau e la Cape Foulwind Seal Colony. Siamo alle porte della nuova pista per mountain bike di Old Ghost Road!

Week in paradise

We had a fantastic time. The cabin is basic but comfortable. The ocean is a very short walk and we spent a lot of time there. We also hired a hot tub which was delivered to the cabin so we spent the nights looking at the incredible stars.

Lovely cabin

Was a lovely cabin to stay in. So close to the beach and away from the other people. Didn’t have to worry about the dogs making too much noise. Everyone was lovely to deal with. Even let me get a drink and ice cream when they were closing the shop at 6pm. There was a sign in the cabin saying they were open till 8pm might need to update that if the shop closes at 6pm but was a lovely place. Thanks.

Stunning

Just want to say a big thankyou for accommodating us .a peaceful and private setting was all we needed to unwind and wish we had a week there! Beautiful beaches and the Cafe was a stunning place to go get a coffee.even managed to get a feed of whitebait !loved the Locals they are very welcoming .we will back for sure!!

A location like no other

What a privilege to spend time in such an unspoilt natural environment yet have complete comfort. Great if like us you love wild NZ but are not campers. The house is warm (good heating) and full of character. Private except for cheeky weka in the garden, sounds of the sea and birds. Magic.

Best accommondation ever. It was so so nice there! We really enjoyed it there from the first moment on! It is in such a good place, directly on the beach where you are all by your own most of the time. And its very quite there. It has a very nice garden and the house is in such a good state and really well maintained. Its very comfort with all the nice wood and all the windows. Its very bright. The people on the campingground, which is a 10 minute walk away from the house, are very friendly. First we were in a little shock because the fridge in the kitchen is very small. But there is a second big one in another room, behind the house. We didnt see the note at the fridge AT first. In this extra room is also a washing machine. The kitchen has everything you needed, there is also a Weber Grill outside. The bathroom is a little bit small and a little old. But it was ok! The sofas in the livingroom are not that comfortable, but are okay. But the beds are comfortable! From the bedrooms and the livingroom out you have a really great view at the garden and the beach! Everything was very clean! It was awesome there!

Had all we needed…

Very easy area to play safely with our dog Suki. Great to have hooks to hang things on, bug screens on the windows and a composting bucket, those small things that are often missing. The view from the kitchen and bathrooms are also lovely.

Amazing Stay

Nice and warm, fantastic location right across from the beach. What a wonderful treat to be able to bring our dog. Easy, no contact check in & out. We'll be back for sure!

Best place for a wedding!

We had an awesome 4 days at the Beach Cabin along with our 2 dogs. We loved the Bach, the wood floor was great for the dogs, plenty of hot water in the shower and a good gas fired heater. Make sure you hire one of the hot tubs and enjoy the amazing sunsets. We were married on the beach so a pretty special place for us, we will definitely be back!!

Amazing again

This was my second stay at Gentle Annie's, just a different cabin. Again it was amazing. A cozy cabin, great location, beach, bush, birdlife. Just loved everything about it. <3

Beauitiful location next to the sea. Very private with only the sound of the sea and the wekas in the garden. Simple but comfortable accomodation. Clear direction and easy communication with owners. Would like to stay again.

Paradise!

This place is idyllic - low key kiwi bach in amazing location. Very clean and simple bach which we adored. Extremely friendly hosts in nearby cafe with delicious home baking and great coffee! West Coast landscapes are stunning.
