“Let’s start with the good. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was limited but ok- it was free. That’s it. So now for the bad. The hotel and room has a strange musty odor. The pool was cloudy and had too much chlorine; burning my son’s eyes and irritating his skin. Other guests were coughing from the fumes in the hot tub. The sheets were stained, had a bloody spot. The mattress was stained. The toilet ran and to stop it the handle had to be jiggled. Toilet also was leaking....
