“Inside the property was nice. Unfortunately, we did not stay. The neighborhood did not appear safe and the property directly across from the rental house was in disrepair with over grown grass, and a neighbor that watched as we attempted to check in. The grass in the back of the property was also overgrown. The host’s were not accommodating when asked refund was requested as we did not stay in the property.
