“The apartment can be reached at the top with 61 steps- very tiring. no air conditioning - only fans The shower is very narrow and small - not suitable for fat or tall adults. The location is great but secure parking is 20 minutes away on foot for 15€/day. Our stay was good - the landlady was very helpful and friendly - fast, uncomplicated communication ”

“Oh dear. Having worked in hospitality and tourism for close to 30 years, I always try to find the positive when things go wrong but booking this apartment was a huge mistake. We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. Unfortunately by that point we’d found a seemingly endless list of snagging points including leaking...

“This place has a fantastic location right off of Piazza Di Ferrari. It is right in the middle of everything. Beautiful place with tall windows and a view of the square and the city. Kitchen is well-stocked and furniture and bed are comfortable. The host is awesome and very quick to respond. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by The only (small) complaint is that it is on the 4th floor so a fair amount of stairs in case someone is disabled or in poor health. ”

“Really well located and solidly equipped with all the basic amenities. Only two things to note would be: there are quite a few flights of stairs, so not ideal for heavy luggage/mobility issues, and check-in is in person, which does mean the extra step of having to coordinate with the (very cordial!) host to receive the keys. That said, once settled in, it was comfortable, practical and a solid all-round option for group accommodation”
