- All bathrooms are equipped with a standard WC, instant hot/warm/cool water shower, and are stocked with two sets of white fresh towels at check-in.

The area is safe, and the apartment is well secured with daytime and nighttime security guards, electric fence, alarm etc.

Other things to note
This is a self-catering unit, but we do provide the basics (complimentary tea, coffee sachets, sugar, water) and bath soap, shower gel, and shower caps to start you off. We have hotel quality linens.

- We have online food recommendations of restaurants that can deliver food to your doorstep
- Stay of 4 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans and fresh linens and towels
- Week and month long stay will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans twice a week, and fresh linen and towels
- Cleaning of the unit can be done more frequently upon request at a fee (cleaning charge in place with your booking is to freshen up the unit after your stay)
- Each cleaning session has to be pre-arranged, and the cleaning takes approx. 2 hours
- Laundry and ironing services offered upon request at a fee. Nearby laundromat can pick your clothes at your doorstep, wash, iron, fold, and return them on the same day.
