“Im waiting too much for the room After check in; One day no towel in the rooms; other things very good”

“I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world. The staff, including front dest staff (namely, Althuman) and the wait staff are outstanding. Many are long-term staff who have obviously been well-trained in customer service. The Maisha Spa is always worth a visit. The property is beginning to show signs of aging so I hope there are plans to upgrade it, while not loosing its...

“Beautiful great staff good food. Relaxing. Loved the India Ocean”

“Staff was able to tix issues”

Entrambi preparano piatti...

“My group of four had an amazing 9-day stay at Jumeirah. The property is clean and lovely. The staff - the staff - the staff - Jumeirah did an awesome job vetting their staff. We met so many amazing people - Linah, Prisca, Bilal, Mercy, Benedict, Elizabeth, Ann, Alicia, Najim, the staff in the reception area! Just to name a few. We had 2 separate rooms and they made arrangements for us to all have one whole apartment. If you are vacationing in Nyali or the surrounding areas, Jumeirah is...

“Good overall”

“Tutto bellissimo”

“Accoglienza eccezionale, disponibilita'unica, servizi eccellenti. Impossibile riposare.Incomprensibile!”

“Totally decadent, rooms are extremely noisy, slamming the doors all night through because the doors can close easily, total nightmare at night if you care of resting. Decadent room with a shower not even working properly.”

“Every thing was good but the hotel is very old and very loud in the night because of the par”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional and attentive to all my needs. The breakfast was great and had variety of foods to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.”

“There are no elevators so you walk up the stairs with your luggage. There is no shower head, only a handheld shower with the thinnest of water to shower with. Breakfast was…. very regular at 1-star level. It’s not worth the cost! ”
