Gîte Les Trois Moulins

Located in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg vineyards, in the north of Gironde, approximately 5 kilometers from the citadels of Bourg and Blaye, the Les Trois Moulins gîte welcomes you in a natural, calm and pleasant environment. The property, with its 2-hectare wooded park, is located in a small hamlet less than a kilometer from the village. The gîte, adjoining the owners' home, has independent access. You will have a shaded outdoor area with a table, garden chairs and barbecue next to the gîte. To cool off in the summer, the owner's swimming pool will be at your disposal (dimensions 6x12m, depth 1m by 1/3 and descends to 2.30m). You will also have access to a bowling alley and a ping pong table. You can also stroll in the property's park and enjoy the unobstructed view of the surrounding hillsides. The gîte on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a beautiful, bright and spacious living room with dining room and TV lounge area, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a second bedroom (access via two steps down) with a 160x200 bed and a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet. For a simple stay, sheets, towels, pool towels and heating (oil-fired central heating) are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (optional paid service). Pets are welcome (€200 deposit). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating
