“One of the two elevators did not work so it was along wait to get on the elevator. Then on our last day the other elevator went out - we were on the 6th floor. My husband uses a cane - so I had to take everything down via the stairs. 2 trips to bring everything down the back up 6 flights to help my husband down. At least we didn’t have a plane to catch, but an exhausting 45 minutes to leave.”

“This is the first time I have made a negative report about any hotel-- stay somewhere else. The property is a rehabbed luxury home from the late 1800s or early 1900s--probably the home of a Pittsburgh robber baron. There is no staff. We arrived about 2:00 P.M. and found an individual working in the restaurant kitchen who was able to get us to our room. The room was unique and only 34 stairs up a very old and steep staircase. “I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
