“Nice, comfy clean hotel. Good location near various restaurants. Staff doesn’t have the best customer service when comparing to other hotels our family has stayed at. Not very friendly and they don’t greet or even acknowledge guests when we walked around. Wasn’t informed about lots of the amenities or breakfast hours at check in so figured there was something listed in the room. May stay at other hotels close by next time”

“The room had nasty smell to it, the tea didn’t work, I had to go out to come and look at the TV four times before you actually came and then they told me they forgot and then there was nothing to do about it the shower had cracks in the walls that were moldy and the lighting of the shower the pillows had stains on them and they said not leave any makeup on the towels or mess them up in anyway or we wouldn’t get our deposit it didn’t feel safe and it smells like ass ”

We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left.
