“Nice”

“Check out is at 11 am management called me at 10 am to remind me that check out is at 11am.this is so unprofessional that it defies belief.the heat for the room was an extremely loud wall unit.even though there is baseboard heating. The room could have had brighter lighting.When I asked around town about the hotel , everyone, I spoke to said it had a bad reputation.saf state of affairs in the hospitality industry”

“The restaurant below the hotel is delicious. The basic rooms are just a simple small room with a bed and bathroom, the suite was worth the extra money. Stairs are a little steep to get up carrying your luggage, Parking was across the street but not a terrible walk, Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

“Its an older hotel and could use some remodeling but overall room was clean. We reserved a king room however when we got there it was not available due to previous guest damaging the room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience but they were able to get us in a queen room on first floor which worked out since we had our yorkie and morkie. Overall a good visit. ”

“Awesome front desk service! We were there for a dance competition snow storm came. Very accommodating- clean room comfortable beds. Excellent location. All around very comfortable stay!”

“Went here for my son's bday party. Was very crowded and overbooked. But the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub..pool is a good size! Breakfast was good. Convient location with G-Allens bar/restaurant and Subway right across the street..walking distance!”

“The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor—similar to fish or something decaying—which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. Cleanliness was also an issue. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned: there were visible stains on the shower curtain, and noticeable hand and arm prints on the headboard and other surfaces from previous guests. “Our group booked rooms here while traveling for a funeral this week and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the condition of the hotel. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. “The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.”
