“My experience at this Hilton was terrible. The hotel doesn't even look like a Hilton. The flowers at the hotel entrance were plastic and looked like they were from Easter. The only good thing was the receptionist. The accessible room was a disaster, especially the bed. It didn't have the required 24-inch height for a person with a disability; it was only 12 inches high and of very poor quality. Breakfast was served through a nearby restaurant. “Ad said free continental breakfast. I wouldn't call a few days old plastic wrapped pastry and lukewarm coffee "Breakfast". Site said indoor waterside and pool. Pool was closed for repairs. Really needs a major renovation. Very disappointed.”

“We stayed at the Best Western with our 4 year old granddaughter so she could use the pool. We had plenty of space in our room which overlooked the Mississippi River. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool was the perfect size for our granddaugther and she loved it.”
