“The room we had was absolutely disgusting. The sofa was covered in hair and stained. Had to have the desk lady ( very nice lady who was very helpful and apologetic) come up and try to clean it. After 1/2 hr she gave us a sheet to put over the sofa because it still wasn’t completely clean. There was also hair in the shower and on the counter. Room was not vacuumed either.
