I received all check in instructions and once arrived at the property, Globalstay would not pick up to let me in the building. I phoned the number and after some AI prompts spoke with a human. “The property was nicer than expected. Amenities were available (gym, pool and sauna) but we didn’t use them as we were too busy exploring Canmore and Banff. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The property is in a wonderful location; walkable to Canmore town centre. Would definitely recommend this property.”
