“I’m giving this hotel 3 stars. While the staff was good and friendly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is perfectly fine, but our room and furniture were covered with dog hair. I expected the room to be properly cleaned before our arrival, regardless of the pet-friendly policy. Another downside is the location. “Only problem was noisy starting at 5:30 ish am. Traffic noise and being on lower floor, the upstairs has squeaky floors and above me was also noisy. ”

“Plates in cupboard still had food left on them. The door code was changed without notice, had to call to have assistance and new code provided. A little irritating to need to find a number, call, wait on hold, standing outside with daughter at about 10 pm.”
