When you enter the home, you`ll walk right into the Living Room with incredible views from double sliding glass doors. The living area features comfortable seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV for streaming movies. Making dinner will be a snap in the kitchen, and the dining area with a large table is perfect for meals around the table or family game night! Come back from a day of sun and fun to relax on the screened in covered porch overlooking the lake as the deer run through the yard. Large yard with a corn hole game to entertain. The private dock with boat house including a large flatscreen TV and refrigerator that is available to guests will ensure you`ll be spending much of your time outside!

There are three private bedrooms; two with queen beds, the third with a single twin bed so everyone will be comfortable and happy to have their own space to retreat to at the end of an active day. This house comfortably sleeps 5 people.

House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
