Situata nella prestigiosa comunità del Waterfront Golf Course di Smith Mountain Lake, questa casa offre il diritto al golf di reciprocità per il golfista del tuo gruppo.

C'è abbastanza spazio per tutti e credetemi, nessuno si lamenterà di annoiarsi durante questa vacanza! C'è così tanto da fare qui. ping pong, calcio balilla, una spiaggia sabbiosa, firepit, una vasca idromassaggio, 3 kayks e una canoa (con giubbotti di salvataggio e pagaie). La casa offre anche la connessione wifi e una XBox, ma i bambini si divertiranno troppo a dare un secondo pensiero alla loro elettronica. Novità per il 2019, la sala teatro è finita e pronta per ospitare il tuo gruppo per il tuo film preferito!
Questa bellissima casa sul lungomare ha davvero tutto! Tutte le generazioni ameranno le oltre 3.500 metri quadrati di vacanza che vivono nella prestigiosa comunità del Waterfront Golf Course, molto comoda in auto o in barca per il meglio che il lago ha da offrire.

La vostra vacanza inizia mentre entrate nella casa e guardate il lago attraverso il vetro dal pavimento al soffitto che si affaccia sulla tranquilla caletta antistante appena fuori dal canale principale. L'ampia cucina è stata recentemente ristrutturata con ripiani in granito, grandi isole e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 6-8 al tavolo principale con posti a sedere supplementari per 4 a pochi metri di distanza. Oppure, potresti preferire sedere in uno dei due tavoli all'aperto sul ponte, più vicino alla griglia.

La camera da letto principale del livello principale offre soffitti a volta con una veranda adiacente con vista sul lago, perfetta per gustare il caffè o il tè del mattino. Al piano superiore, i bambini più piccoli apprezzeranno l'area giochi progettata appositamente per loro nella loro camera a castello. Questa camera è ideale anche per neonati e bambini piccoli in quanto confina con una camera da letto per adulti (con una porta chiudibile tra). A Pack n 'Play è disponibile per i piccoli sonnellini o l'uso notturno. Una terza camera da letto al piano superiore con letto matrimoniale offre splendide viste sul lago.
Il livello inferiore è stato progettato pensando ai bambini più grandi e agli adolescenti. È dotato di ping pong, un mini biliardino e una sala giochi con una Xbox One. Il livello inferiore ha anche una camera privata con letto matrimoniale e vista sul lago.

All'aperto, tutti possono godersi il sole dal ponte posteriore o l'ampio molo. Gli amanti dell'ombra apprezzeranno il patio di livello inferiore che offre uno spazio di vita all'aperto, una vasca idromassaggio e un tavolo da bar con sgabelli per guardare i bambini mentre giocano nel cortile in pendenza, sul dondolo, sulla spiaggia o nell'acqua. Una delle caratteristiche più divertenti di questa casa è la canoa 2 persone e i 3 kayak (salvagenti disponibili). Per il golfista, questa casa offre il diritto al golf di reciprocità presso il Waterfront Country Club. O, se si preferisce, il corso pubblico Westlake è a soli 12 minuti di distanza. Le giornate di divertimento possono essere completate con serate rilassanti mentre ti fai scaldare attorno al pozzo del fuoco.

Would love to stay here again! Great for multiple couples/families. Lots of space, lots of bathrooms and extra amenities. (Theater room, nice grill, fire pit, ping pong, Xbox, high chair, extra fridge downstairs.) also close enough to order pizza!

The layout, rooms, comfort were super functional for our group - it just worked! Kitchen was fantastic. CB Rentals were the most accomodating and friendly and personal group to work with.. We hardly left the home, just hung out, fished, kayaked and played games. And sat by the outdoor fire pit. One comment for Fall guests is a leaf blower would have been useful - I swept the decks but leaves continued and often blew in the house when doors were opened. The main room fireplace did not work or seemed to be unhooked. FYI - 2 knobs on the left side of the stove top are stripped but we had pliers! So many little things were supplied for us in the kitchen which was so appreciated. EVERYONE said they would return to Got It All!

This was a perfect place for my family to celebrate Christmas. We had a wonderful time. The host was so helpful from the beginning to the end. She assured us this was a great place and indeed it was. We enjoyed everything - the dock, the balconies, the hot tub, the ping pong table, all the games, the movie theatre, and more! The layout of this house is so accommodating for a large group. We had plenty of space and were never all on top of each other. All sleeping arrangements were comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed both the living room on the main floor and the den downstairs. There were so many TVs throughout the place with easy access to your own streaming accounts. We loved the big island in the kitchen - great gathering spot and awesome for a buffet style dinner. The location in general is so peaceful and offers amazing views. To top it all off - dogs are welcome. Our pooches loved the home - thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating to our fur babies. Thank you for making our Christmas wish of a lake house getaway come true!

The property management was the absolute worst. We did not end up staying here because they cancelled our reservation due to error on their part in not changing the rates and then telling me I owed an additional $3500. We were looking forward to staying here since we were coming down for our daughters wedding . The property management wanted me to cancel the reservation in which I refused since it meant I would be charged 25%. I hate to give a bad review because it was not the property owners at fault just a very poor management company.

The property is nice; however, it wasn't ready for guests. The theater room chairs were broken and cords pulled out of wall and chairs. Holes in wall, dirt under chairs and in cabinet. Ice machine is terrible. The hot tub needed to be fixed, and it was. The hair dryer was missing. For the cost of the property, it was disappointing to find so many things wrong.

The house was very cozy and had plenty of space for our family to celebrate Christmas together. It was too cold to enjoy the water or fire pit (it was in the teens and 20’s during our stay!) but there was still plenty to do with the movie theater and game room. Kitchen was well organized and everything was labeled.

Overall, this house and location are just beautiful. We enjoyed our time here very much. The only feedback I would have is that it took us about an hour to figure out what the Wifi password was (this includes multiple competent and technologically-savvy adults -- all documentation stated it is listed on the router and it is in fact, not -- it is actually in a binder in the corner of the dining room area), the hot tub water was not super clean, and the extreme temperature difference per floor. There are three floors in this home and it felt like each floor had a ten-degree difference -- I feel as though the basement should have its own separate one (maybe we missed it?). Other than those things, we felt this home, furnishings (the mattresses are all pretty firm, for anyone who is curious), location on the lake, and amenities were excellent. The master bathroom of this home is lovely! The backyard is a pretty steep decline so elderly people would have some difficulty getting down to the firepit area (there are stairs, but it would still be enough of a hill to cause issues). We loved our stay!

We were very pleasantly surprised by this property. We were visiting the area for a wedding so we had lots of activities and didn't spend our whole time in the house but we definitely could have! We loved the large, fenced in deck for coffee in the mornings. The layout is somewhat unexpected but worked well as we had multiple families and ages staying with us. The grandparents ~70s stayed on the main level and the family with younger children (~1 & 4 year olds) stayed on the top level with the bunk room. There were toys and books and play tents and it was perfect for them. My older family with 7 & 9 year olds split up with the 7 year old on the futon in the back hall near the xbox and the 9 year old was upstairs on the top level in a queen bedroom. We didn't use the sleep sofa but definitely could have! The theater room, ping pong table and mini kitchen downstairs was awesome. We made our own coffee and sat out on the lower deck alone each morning. We were delightfully surprised by the dog room/bed in the middle of the lower stairs - so fun!

Comfortable beds, comfortable and attractive furnishings, lovely location. Kitchen is very well equipped and organized. Ample space for our crowd of 9. Deck big enough for cornhole matches! Plenty of TVs. Reasonably short drive from state park and groceries of needed. Would stay here again!

We loved staying at this very nice home on the lake- beautifully decorated and spacious with a gameroom, canoe and paddleboard to use. We enjoyed nearby restaurants, Fables and Feathers Winery and a day renting a pontoon. Jessica was so helpful and gave us any information we needed.

Our group had an amazing time in this beautiful home. There was a minor delay with check in (keys were not in lock box) but it was quickly resolved by the property manager and owner. Their communication was very fast and efficient. One recommendation would be to list the bedrooms differently on the listing. It states there are 6 bedrooms when in reality, there are 4 bedrooms with 2 other spaces for sleeping. This property was exceptionally clean and well maintained with kitchen essentials. We loved the views, hot tub, movie room and fire pit. We also appreciated the owners assistance throughout our stay. She was very gracious and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for Labor Day weekend!

The home was exactly as pictured! It’s on a pleasant and quiet part of the lake, and it’s filled with things to do. The kids especially enjoyed the foosball table and outside play areas. The grownups enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, hot tub, and quiet spots for a glass of wine. (Some sound issues prevented us from enjoying the theater room, but these things happen.) We’d certainly return.

Our trip was absolutely amazing! The property is stunning and the amenities are endless. We were looking for a mountain home somewhat in the middle of Charlotte and Charlottesville to celebrate Halloween weekend with friends and this place did not disappoint! So much hiking near by and some great local wineries! The lake view was the perfect way to enjoy our mornings and we absolutely loved the hot tub, playing ping pong and using the theater room! Would love to come stay again! The only suggestion I would make is to provide linens and toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner).

Our family got together to celebrate a milestone birthday at SML. The home was lovely and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the view from the deck, hot tub, movie room, fire pit and the dock where we were able to dock our pontoon rental. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable after a long day on the water. Every member of our family had a wonderful time and we would certainly rent this home again!!

The home was beautifully updated, spacious, and had amazing view of the lake. The amenities were amazing! We loved the dock, hot tub, paddle boards, game room, and theatre room. We will definitely be booking this house again!
