“This is a long term stay hotel. ”

“Elevator broken had to take bags up and down stairs”

“Room was very small for a king bed. Shower had some mold, bathroom door seemed like it had water damage. Room wasn’t good enough for the price charged.”

“Had a great stay. Candace was awesome and very welcoming during check in. Everything was clean, quiet room. Lots of parking. 10/10”

“Room was clean enough. Staff was friendly. The blankets and linens were clean. The channels on tv are bare minimum and the quality is bad. Good place to spend 1 night in for the price.”

“The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and supportive. However the breakfast was not as promised. Due to my dietary restrictions i asked to provide beef bacon instead of bacon. They haven't provide it during my 3 days stay and when i asked they always mentioned it's not available today however by tomorrow will have it .but it seems tomorrow never comes. ”

“Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast. ”

“Generally the place is good. Easy access off the freeway, parking is good, and the breakfast is sufficient. The only drawback is all the smell of pot. The property is non-smoking, but I suppose the pot heads think it doesn’t apply to them.”

“The kitchen didn't have any pots, pans, etc to cook with. The gentleman doing the breakfast was great. The lady needed some help. Customer service was great at the desk!! Thx for the stay”

“La peggiore struttura del viaggio. Le camere sono grandi ma la manutenzione non è adeguata. Lo scarico del bagno era intasato. L'appendiasciugamano è caduto addosdo a mia figlia. Ho fatto presente la situazione al manager che non ha provveduto in alcun modo. Pessima esperienza.”
