We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! “Excellent location right my the M4 if traveling East or West, very clean throughout, housemaid every day ensuring your room was spotless on return after a long day. Excellent facilities on site, the casa restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. All the staff I encountered are first class. Paid parking every night is what most hotels do now these days. But very secure. Excellent rates per night, would not hesitate staying here again. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room.
