“I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.”

“Parking was sufficient, the lobby was clean and the desk receptionist was inviting. The room was nice and…roomy and the TV actually worked.”

“The first room we were in was terrible. The toilet clogged and overflowed all over the bathroom floor. The second room was better (marginally). It didn’t smell clean at all. The room keys kept deactivating so there were numerous trips to the front desk to collect new room key cards. I will not be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Everett”

“Hotel was fantastic with large clean rooms. Pools and Hot Tub was almost empty with great views of the mountains. We ate in the 7 Moons restaurant and the food and service were great. My only complaint was having to walk through the smoky casino to get to the restaurant. Use the valet at the hotel because if you self-park in the garage, you have to walk through the smoke-filled casino. Skip the casino, but the hotel was really exceptional.”

“I work overnights. I came back to the room to shower before check out. Fell asleep, missed 1030am call from front desk. I did wake up when the rooms door was opened by inn employee”
