“We booked this castle for my husband’s 30th birthday with a RuneScape theme, and overall had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive, and the property created a fun atmosphere for the celebration. We would definitely recommend it for a unique and luxurious stay. Check-in and checkout were also very simple. “Room was not ready for 3pm. Halls needed a vacuum. Elevator was filthy. Pull out sofa do not have any pillows or blankets even though I booked the room for 4 adults. We had to call for bedding and got one sheet and one thin blanket. Only 3 towels provided. Expedia said the room included breakfast. Then they wanted $22 per person for breakfast so we left early to get food elsewhere. My card was charged an extra $100 for a deposit. This was not communicated to me. I have to wait 3 business days...
