“The room was small, but clean. The property is lovely with chickens roaming around, cats sunning and chief Tim picking fresh herbs to use for your homemade eggs and Belgian waffle breakfast. If we get a chance to come back I want to do the wine tasting and bonfire.”

“This was an amazing experience!!! The dome was the cutest thing I’ve seen. The pictures don’t even do it justice!!!! The food was fantastic, I had crispy cheese & artichoke hearts. Delicious all around. Now let’s get to the superb staff, from the owner Missy to the bar with Lulu & Daneill and the ground keeper Carl everything was more than welcoming and accommodating. 10/10”

“We really enjoyed our stay here, and can't wait to return! The room, bed, bathroom, jetted tub, and furniture were so comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is truly out of this world. We did have some issues getting some amenities (toilet paper) refilled, but, it had to be because the inn was so busy. You walk to the beach while you are here, you are so close! Cannot wait to return.”

“We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were not helpful at all. They stated the cleaning staff was gone for the day and...

“Pet friendly. The place was clean even though very old and with weird bedroom/bathrooms setup - “cobbled together” is best description. Staff was friendly, however the room and outdoor settings were not as expected - web photos are old! The “sandy beach” by pond was overgrown. Best thing was the proximity to downtown (about 2 miles from hotel). Overall, it was okay, but won’t be staying there again.”

“There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. ”

“Awesome Property! Beach area and pool!!! We actually extended our stay because we didn't want to leave. It was a beautiful place to watch the sunset.”
