“Nice clean hotel at a very high price point for the area. The workout center was closed. The sound insulation in the rooms is not very effective. Expedia rooms are adequate but definitely not the desirable locations or as well appointed as other rooms.”

“Pool area Meg Taylor to be desired. Little things like holes on walls, and upkeep of building were less than impressive”

“Property was totally rundown. Outside was falling apart in places, exercise room was disgusting. I had to clear out the beer cans to use the treadmill then noticed red and brown stains all over it. The outside entrance doors has the electric scanner turn out and doors were duct taped open. Not safe at all. My hairdryer burnt up first time I turned it on and could not get another one.”

“I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids.”

“Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

“Hotel was under renovation, so extremely humid in the building. I would recommend that if it is under renovation, it should be disclosed during booking. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. Thank you.”

“Beautiful hotel with clean, pet friendly rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Quite a few items were not available - yogurt, juices, oatmeal, peanut butter. Hotel is fairly remote from other businesses and not within walking distance of restaurants.”
