As it clearly states on Expedia a check in is possible until 9pm and we recommend to contact us if you arrive later than 8pm. Our last member of staff who left the hotel left at 9.14pm, a check in until 4.45pm is simply false. I do not know where you got this from.I do not know what number you rang, but we certainly did not have 15 missed calls or any less either - also false or at least exaggerated big time. Nevertheless as you explained to us separately you did not call us either despite knowing the fact that check in is until 9pm. If I were checking into a hotel and would know or at least estimate a late arrival, I would definitely make sure to doublecheck with the hotel in order to avoid a situation that occured to you.However, we will review the process of late arrivals in order to avoid such actually unnecessary inconvenience and are thankful for bringing this up.
