“The tent was great! It was very clean and comfortable and the location ideal for our Red Rocks event. However, the bathroom situation left a bit to be desired. I was prepared for the porta potty, but it was very smelly. The shower was intermittent hot/cold water the first day and no water for anything the second day. The host did share that the well was low but nothing was offered by way of wet wipes or another water source of any kind. The property itself is quite littered with construction...

“Cool spot located conveniently right off of the highway a few hundred feet so it does get loud with passing trucks, but they provide you with multiple packs of ear plugs that work well. As long as your neighbors are respectful of quiet time (one did not and hosted parties that were loud through the wee morning hours) its a nice area. I did not use the kitchen so not sure if there was a fridge that could be used, but there is nothing in the teepee yo keep drinks cool. Also dont leave stuff...
