“Best place to stay in West Yellowstone!”

“Clean rooms friendly staff, hot tub was good, pool table is a nice touch ”

“Unfortunately, the pool was not open- even with 80 plus degree weather. Room was sub-par, with the vents looking like they have never had the ducts cleaned. Activity room has a pool table and ping pong, you can checkout dvds from the office. Per their rules, you have to take out your trash at the end of your stay and run the dishwasher- which tells me they flip the rooms without quality care. Conditioner bottle was completely empty, but not a huge deal. The pictures make it look grand, but...

“Staff was nice and accommodating. Great location with access to restaurants and shuttles for rides to different mountains. Suites were spacious and great (family said it was their favorite room). Enjoyed the pool table and saw others using the grills for meals, which was a great idea. Wish you didn’t have to pay extra for parking, but was easy to get the car when needed. Would be nice if had a pool, but the hot tub was a good size. ”
