“Great staff and well maintained ”

“Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. ”

“The room had bed bug blood all over the protector pads & the covers, on the box springs & on the mattress pad it was full of every human hair that ever stayed there. They said they would go on and correct the issue but only changed the top cover so I recorded and sent it to them and they only offered more sheets. How was that going to help. Once I tried to leave and get my money back they were rude & only want we to refund one day of cleaning fee. I couldn’t sleep in the room at all and they...
