“Room was as clean as this very old motel can be. Had a muggy smell so had to air it out a bit. Mattress was comfortable but the sheets were very itchy But the towels were new and plush so that was a bonus.”

“The hotel and location were good for what we needed it for. The water pressure wasn't the greatest and the room needs to be refurbished. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful.”

“Absolutely beautiful rustic wooden building. The view from our bed of the mountains was so stunning that we slept with the curtains open each night. (And I wanted to take the HUGE wooden bed home with me!) A great location for all the wonderful activities Golden has to offer. We had lovely sunny weather so the AC was welcome. Only thing missing… a kettle to make tea as well as coffee. Thank you for a great stay.”

“We had a great 3 day stay. The room was very clean and our two dogs really enjoyed the dog park. The owner and staff were also very nice. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again.”
