Encircled by the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany, the exclusive pool enjoys sweeping views over the surrounding countryside. Open from the beginning of April (depending on the weather) to the end of October, it is 1.30 m deep with hydromassage.

The 210 sq m villa is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It consists of 9 rooms on three levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a decorative fireplace and flat-screen TV, dining area and access to the garden and swimming pool; a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a double bedroom, a single bedroom (mattress width 80 cm) and a bathroom fitted with shower.
On the first floor, there is another fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with a dining area and flat-screen TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom fitted with a shower.
On the second floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with a dining area and flat-screen TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom fitted with a shower.
Additional sofa bed can in one of the bedrooms.
There are three furnished covered terraces and a patio, plus a barbecue.
