Located on the edge of the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve in the Agrigento area of Sicily, Villa Laura is an exclusive villa with a private swimming pool and beautiful country views that stretch to the sea. Within a few kilometres, you’ll find the beaches of Torre Salsa and Bovo Marina, while must-see attractions such as Scada dei Turchi, the Archaeological Park of the Valle dei Templi, Agrigento, Sciacca and Selinunte are just a short drive away.

Villa Laura (180 sqm) develops over two levels connected by an external staircase.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with a dining table and TV, seamlessly connected to a veranda through large picture windows. Next to the kitchen, there’s a cozy lounge with a sofa bed, while the sleeping quarters comprise one double bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a bathroom featuring a hydromassage tub and a multifunctional shower.

On the first floor (accessed from the outside), you’ll find a combined living and dining room, along with a kitchen and three bedrooms. There is a spacious double bedroom featuring a double bed (measuring 160 x 200cm) with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. Additionally, there are two single bedrooms, each fitted with single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. Further amenities include another bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a terrace with panoramic views.

Outside, a shady veranda awaits with an alfresco dining area, overlooking a large garden covering 2000 sqm. The garden features a private swimming pool (measuring 2.5 x 8 m; with a depth of 1.2m; open from 23 March to 30 November) as well as a large sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Further amenities include an outdoor lounge space, barbecue, outdoor shower, and private on-site parking.
