Fuga fantastica con amici e parenti Montauk House - Qualsiasi stagione!

Incredibilmente spaziosa e bella casa a cinque letti e cinque bagni situata nel cuore di Montauk offre vista sul laghetto e parziale sull'oceano da un grande ponte in un punto panoramico elevato. Ottimo per famiglie o gruppi di amici - adatto ai bambini (dotato di culla e cancelletti se necessario). Il cortile offre una buca per il fuoco interrata e una vasca idromassaggio sul ponte posteriore per serate più fresche. Il ponte anteriore ha un grande tavolo, sedie e sedie a sdraio amaca / sacco a sacco. La casa principale all'interno ha due soggiorni con TV sia al piano superiore che al piano inferiore, per più persone, nonché tre camere da letto al piano superiore. Ulteriore casa cottage con due camere da letto e due bagni è completamente collegata tramite scala interna se lo si desidera, ma può anche essere bloccata per la privacy. Ha un ulteriore soggiorno e angolo cottura solo frigo / lavello. Il rifugio perfetto per ogni stagione, questa affascinante casa è a soli dieci minuti a piedi dalla città principale e dalla spiaggia pubblica.

First and foremost, Kate was a super host. Before we even got there she was giving us helpful suggestions for our trip and was incredibly accommodating when we had specific requests. Also, before we arrived, the motor on the hot tub cracked, no fault of hers. But from something like 8 time zones away, while she was supposed to be enjoying her own trip, she was on the phone constantly with the pool folks pressing them to get over there and fix it, which they did. The house itself: this is not some rental investment property that you need to tip toe around, it’s their actual second home, and it feels like it, which is a good thing if you’re looking to feel like you’re actually in the location where you vacation. It feels more like house sitting for a friend. There are toys galore for kids to play with. The house is actually two houses with a hallway and stairwell connecting them. This is brilliant if you have lots of kids, there’s no tv down there but the bunk bed room is there and they can certainly find things to do to stay far out of your hair for extended periods of time. You have to walk through one of the queen bedrooms to get there, so consider that while assigning rooms. The house has bikes and water sports and towels and anything and everything you could possibly need. Kitchen as well. Everything but a nut cracker, so we left one. Deck is amazing, beach is walkable but it’s a hike. Quick drive to town and beach. School with playground across the str

Comfortable, clean, spacious and great location!

We loved our stay at this wonderful house. The house is very large and spread out--two families could easily share with lots of privacy. The deck is amazing with a beautiful view where you feel far away, but also walking distance to town (about a mile) which was a lovely way to start each day--a morning walk to the always amazing Montauk Bakery. Kate, the host, was wonderful and helpful and very responsive. We had a lovely, relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great family house

We rented this house for a family celebration of our 60th wedding anniversary. The house is great for families. They also accepted pets which made it perfect for us. It’s really two houses - a two level upstairs with three bedrooms, a yard with a fire pit, and a wraparound deck - and a smaller downstairs with two bedrooms and a kitchen. The downstairs kitchen is usable but seems to be in the process of renovation, but we didn’t need it because we had the whole house. It felt unfussy and comfortable. Great family getaway

Montauk Hidden Gem

This stay was everything we hoped it would be, the host was so responsive and helpful. She had some amazing recommendations in the area but the house was fully stocked for anything we would need if we wanted to stay in and prepare meals or relax. I would absolutely recommend the house to a larger family or another group of couples trying to enjoy Montauk. I will be reaching out when I plan to visit again. Thanks.

Perfect for a large group.

We were in Montauk for a wedding that our whole family was invited to. There were 10 of us in total and this house accommodated all very comfortably. There was enough space that we were able to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The wrap around deck was utilized by all since we had perfect weather the whole weekend. The house is less than 3 minutes to the beach and downtown. The owner was perfect to deal with. She sent a message right after we arrived to make sure that we were satisfied with the accommodations and to ask if there was anything we needed. We both worked together to get the WI-FI up and running and we actually had a lot of laughs during our messaging session. I would highly recommend this rental for all the reasons I noted. I'm hoping to go back with some of my girlfriends for a get away with them.

Amazing deck / kid friendly

The house is beautiful and has great views of the pond and ocean. Kate was a great host, the tvs all worked with streaming and there are endless toys for children. Would definitely come back, just would want to stay longer because we did not want to leave!

Perfect house for a large group!

We had an excellent stay at Kate's home. Kate went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, was extremely responsive and an excellent host! The house slept 14 very comfortably and the deck was gorgeous! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Kate was an extremely communicative host and was available at all times. The house was very spacious for our group size with an incredible location close to town and the beach. Any questions were quickly accommodated and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. In full transparency - a mild inconvenience was that there was no space in any drawers or closets due to the owners belongings already occupying them. The house felt lived in to be certain. That said, we loved our stay and will be sure to return.

Montauk weekend away

Kate's home is a lot like her: pretty darn sweet! She's a 5 star host. She'll grab your phone number before the stay and be iMessaging you at any point you need her / have questions. And trust me, I had a lot of questions! The house has a lot of space for people to spread out and for everyone to feel comfortable. We had a group of 10 of us, everyone had a bed, there was plenty of couch / air mattress space and we used her gorgeous deck and BBQ grill to cook out a couple nights. You can see everything from Montauk Manor to the ocean from her deck and there is also plenty of parking in the driveway. We also were in the hot tub every day and made a campfire one night in the backyard. The house is a 5 minute drive to town and the location proved to be very convenient for our group. A few critical things to note if you're trying to book her place - she's not going to tolerate people trying to have parties or large gatherings. This house is in a neighborhood with next door neighbors who won't let that fly. So after booking this place be prepared that she will have a convo with you that quiet hours are strictly enforced. My group was not trying to mess around with her policy so we took the party the Point at night and guess what - we had no issues! This house was hands down the best accommodation I've stayed at in Montauk. It's not cheap, but the value is there. Kate and her home have my personal recommendation and I hope to stay with her again!

Amazing house!

My group of friends had an amazing stay in Kate's Montauk house!! The house is so large, with lots of space for a group or multiple families. Kate was beyond friendly and helpful from before our stay through after the stay. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great location in Montauk!

Great Family rental

The house is plenty big for a big family or group gathering. Lots of room and spaces to be together, as well as lots of space to break away if you need some "me time". The house had plenty of seating and space for gathering, dining, playing games. Great for kids with lots of toys, games, and other things like scooters and such. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots/pans, etc. Outdoor space is abundant. Great location within walking distance to town and beach, or just a very short drive. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Great weekend in Montauk

A group of friends and I spent Labor Day Weekend at Kate's house in Montauk and had a great time. The house was perfect for a large group, with tons of bedrooms and enough common space to spread out as needed. It is in a very convenient spot, with an easy ~10 minute walk to town and the beach and a short car ride to any other destination. Kate was an excellent host, always quick to respond to any questions and clearly focused on making sure we had a great experience. We would highly recommend her house to anyone, and will certainly consider staying there again in the future.

Montauk beach weekend

The host Kate was absolutely fantastic! She texted everyday with us to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect! The house was perfect for our group and within walking distance of the beach, town, Navy beach! The outside deck was so nice for breakfast in the mornings and our group had a lovely weekend! Wonderful stay!

My group had a wonderful experience with our long weekend stay at this property. The location is great - very close to town and the beach. The house has plenty of beds and bathrooms, and the outdoor space is amazing - especially the grill, hot tub, and fire pit. Could not have asked for a better host and home! Exceptionally clean, convenient 10 minute walk from the beach, within walking distance of several hot spots. Host was more than accommodating and communicated throughout weekend to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely repeat!

Montauk beach house

My friends and I stayed at the house for a long weekend. The house was perfect — big and spacious, enough for a large group to stay comfortably. The outdoor space provided a great area to relax in and the location of the house was great for walking to the beach (10 mins) or town (15 mins). It was nice that the house was packed with beach supplies, including chairs and towels. And the host, Kate, was super helpful and very responsive. We would definitely come back.

Great owner, great stay, few flaws

Property was great for a large group! Definitely kid friendly and dog friendly. AC was out in the cottage for first day or two but the owner was responsive and quickly got someone over to fix it! I do wish some of the cabinets were cleared out for storage in the kitchen--we wound up rearranging to make space for our stuff. Also, the propane tank was out when we went to turn on the grill for a big bbq with all the food ready to go--which was a little frustrating. Otherwise, the owner is so kind and super responsive. It is a comfy beach home great for a bunch of couples or two families with kids. I DO NOT feel the hiccups are reason not to stay here! its a great house, close to town! Just maybe some helpful tips for the owner!

Montauk Escape

A small group of friends needed a break from the city for a weekend and this house was perfect for us! It has a great outdoor deck with a table that we had breakfast at each morning. The house is fully stocked with all the beach gear you need. Also, the fire pit in the back was great for an evening bonfire. It was a quick drive to town and to the beach. Kate was very attentive and answered any and all questions quickly. We loved it and will certainly be back!

Montauk Gem!

Kate was such an amazing host and made the entire process absolutely seamless. She takes the extra step to make sure the house guests are comfortable and well taken care of and gave us great recommendations in the area. The house is walking distance to the beach and town, which is amazing. The house itself is great for a big family with lots of room to spread out. The outdoor deck and views were our favorite. We really had a beautiful weekend - thank you Kate!!
