Spiaggia privata di accesso (Hither Hills solo per gli ospiti): 3 minuti a piedi dalla casa, ma pass per il parcheggio gratuito è inoltre dotato di una chiave per il parcheggio privato vicino alla spiaggia

What a beautiful property- view of the ocean, walk to the private beach- such a great location. The owner was a pleasure to meet and very attentive. There was great communication about the location and what to expect to make our vacation perfect. We will hopefully rent again. We could not have had a more perfect vacation in Montauk. Thank you.

The home is just as it appears in the pictures, and the views are even better. Location is amazing, and the incredibly comfy beds deserve a special shout-out. Truly couldn't have been happier with our stay!!!

It was always my dream to celebrate Thanksgiving in Montauk and this house was perfect! The kitchen was a dream to prepare and cook food in while my family watched tv and played games. The beds were super comfortable and location was great. Everyone wants to come back next year!

Enjoyed the house a lot - perfect location for the wedding events we were attending and a nice view. But we got off to a bad start when we had no code to get in despite texts, calls and VRBO messages to the owner. VRBO finally reached him over an hour and a half after we arrived at the house.

The house was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for big family dinners. The outdoor shower was very useful. The location was great- close to the beach and to town. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house has great views of the ocean from the wrap around deck where we enjoyed several family dinners. The private beach access/ parking and provided beach chairs were very valuable to have. We hope to come back again soon!

We had a great stay. The house is very spacious and was great for our group. We enjoyed the large kitchen, living room and deck. Easy walk to the beach. Nice walk to Gurney's Resort for happy hour or dinner. Short drive or nice walk into Montauk. Ralph was very helpful. Hope to stay here again.

This is a beautiful home with everything a small group could need for a memorable stay. Close proximity to both the beach and the village, with an ideal location just off of Old Montauk Highway and stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen and living area are spacious and perfect for gathering with loved ones. Ralph was an exceptionally gracious host, making sure that our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

We truly had the best time at this amazing house. We had 6 people from ages 2 to 89 and everyone really enjoyed it. It was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. Very homey and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Montauk and hope to stay there again!

We had an amazing time at the house with our family of 5 (plus some family guests along the way). Ralph was very accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and well maintained. Location was perfect - few minutes walk to the beach - although we drove and used the parking pass because of all of the kids beach gear. We would definitely stay again!

Our family has been going to Montauk for many years . This home was one of our favorites. Plenty of room for our extended family . Very well stocked kitchen , and having two chefs in family that is very important . Private beach was perfect with two little ones .Would definately nook again. Thank you again Ralph!

We had such a great stay in Montauk with our family. We spent most of our time at the beach down the street and at home enjoying meals together. Everything we needed was in close proximity. Ralph was a wonderful host and quickly responded to any questions we had. The home is comfortable and suited our vacation needs beautifully. We hope to return again sometime!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Viewpoint! The home accommodated our family of 8 beautifully. We spent a week with our adult children for our daughter’s wedding in Montauk. The open floor plan and expansive deck allowed for our group to enjoy quality time together. The home is clean and has all you need for cooking and entertaining. Ralph was very responsive throughout the process. At one point, we thought we were going to reschedule the wedding, therefore would not be needing the home. Ralph was understanding and kind when I reached out. He sent a very detailed email to explain everything we needed to know upon arrival. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to come back.

Beautiful House, nicely decorated with a large open main living area. Plenty of room for our group of 9 including 1 infant. Conveniently located with a nice view. Ralph was great to deal with.

Stayed a long weekend here with friends and had a great time!! The house was beautiful, clean, and had all of the comforts of home. The location of the house was perfect- a 5 minute walk to the beach and probably an even shorter drive into town. Unfortunately the weather didn’t hold up too well for us, but my guests and I were perfectly content enjoying the spacious, bright, and open kitchen/living room area. There were even board games, puzzles, and cards and easy access to Netflix on the TV. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this place! Hope to return in the future.... Thank you Ralph for opening your home to us!
