“The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

“On the positive side, the location was great, the room was comfortable and the two bathrooms were very convenient. On the other hand, of the five nights we stayed, the room was partially cleaned only on the first night. The bed was made and towels changed however they left the dirty coffee cups, didn’t replenish the coffee, didn’t clean the floors or wipe down the surfaces. The next day the room wasn’t cleaned so we asked for more towels and coffee. The third day, again, no cleaning so we called...

“I stayed here while in a hiking trip for Van Sickle Park. The location was a shirt wlk away fron the park entrance making it ideal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a Mexican restaurant just around the corner but plenty of food options are within walking distance. I ended up extending my stay by an extra day (decided midway through the first day) and the staff made it easy, although this was off season so they had availability. I...
