Flooded with natural light, Villa Orietta can accommodate up to fourteen guests featuring eight bedrooms (five double bedrooms, one twin room and two single rooms) with en-suite bathroom spread over three floors.

With a lush garden and three generous terraces overlooking the sea, the villa boasts an exclusive outdoor area equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs to relax in the idyllic Italian sun. With wonderful views of the sea, the villa boasts gorgeous al fresco lounge area with comfortable sofas where guests can enjoy true moments of relaxation in the company of a good book. Outdoors you will also find generous al fresco dining areas with large tables.

With panoramic views over the turquoise sea, Villa Orietta is the result of a perfect balance between Italian tradition and contemporary style. On the ground floor you will find four bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one twin room and one single room. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor you will also find a kitchenette. Flooded with light, the upper floor, which is the main floor, boasts a modern fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, an open-plan living and dining area, and a guest bathroom.

Accessed from a staircase, the second floor has three double bedrooms and one single room. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom of one of the double bedrooms has a bathtub. All other bathrooms feature a shower. On the third floor of the villa you will find a room complete with exercise bike, a guest bathroom and a bathroom with shower. The property also features a dépendance for the staff of the villa, located in the upper area of the property. The housekeeping staff lives in the dépendance and will take care of the villa throughout the stay.
