“The property was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure and temperature were excellent. Some of the staff left a bit to be desired, but overall, it was a good stay.”

“We needed two beds close to the Cross-Sound Ferry and this ticked both of those boxes. However, not much beyond that. The rooms are dated and not particularly well-cleaned. An air freshener would at least try to hide the cigarette smell, but to no avail. We definitely had long hair in our beds that did not belong to any of us... It did the job, but I cannot recommend, unfortunately.”

“The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

Il distributore delle bibite e acqua al piano non funzionava. Alla mattina avevamo la colazione compresa: qualità scarsa e poca scelta. Ananas a pezzetti quasi immangiabile. meno male che...

“This property was better than expected. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of 5. Very family friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Only cons - the breakfast only served pancakes on one of the 4 nights we stayed and the pool was quite small especially when the hotel is booked. The pool was quite crowded at times.”

“The room was clean, but there were no amenities: no hair dryer, one bar of soap (are people expected to share?) no shampoo but two little bottles of hair conditioner. Considering the price and the claim that it is a Wyndham property, this was an expensive disappointment. There was a carafe of weak coffee in the lobby in the morning.”

“Our experience was terrible. The power was out for the entire night, yet no one from the hotel checked on guests or offered any assistance or updates. We requested a refund because the room was not usable under those conditions, but our request was refused.”

“Difficult to rate the property since it’s undergoing significant renovation. The updated areas are very nice and clean. We were in a renovated suite, which was quite large and comfortable from a size perspective. However, there were some shortcomings. The a/c was not hooked up in the main bedroom so we roasted. The kitchen sink only had hot water (dangerous with little kids), no cold. The doors to the bathrooms didn’t shut. These are items I’d expect would have been checked before...
