Comfy big bed, aircon and a ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette if you want to cook your own dinners (full with cutlery and crockery, fridge and coffee machine). “Our family of 3 spent a total of 2 and a half weeks traveling across Italy. This was by far our favorite stay! Servario has created the perfect space for relaxation and peace. La Perla del Lago had everything (and more!) That we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The view and surroundings are incredible, beds comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, and having a bathtub to soak in after long days hiking and boating under the hot Italian summer was a huge plus! “While the property was in the perfect location next to mini metro and restaurants it had some problems. Remote didn’t work whole week, two lighters for stove didn’t work. In addition my wife went about three days because hairdryer didn’t work till it was replaced. Ceiling light switch didn’t work so no ceiling light. Light over stove didn’t work. Shower head leaked badly. We initially contacted owner about some of the problems and he kept saying he’ll be there but never came. Told us he was out...

“Pros: Location in the mountains is superb, very friendly& supportive staff, fair price Cons: Only very small windows in the appartment, thus dark and nearly no chance for fresh cold air in the night. Due to the size of the location the pool was overcrowded and too less sun chairs. Photos better than reality.”

“Pros: The Quietness of the wonderful mornings, in the middle of Tuscan Woods. The clean and big pool with a view. The host, very friendly and engaged. a perfect vacation!”

“Pros: Alles perfect in orde.”
