Case in affitto a San Feliciano

“Our family of 3 spent a total of 2 and a half weeks traveling across Italy. This was by far our favorite stay! Servario has created the perfect space for relaxation and peace. La Perla del Lago had everything (and more!) That we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The view and surroundings are incredible, beds comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, and having a bathtub to soak in after long days hiking and boating under the hot Italian summer was a huge plus! We can't wait to come back! Oh -...

“Stayed 2 nights in June 2026. Beautiful place with garden and private parking and outdoor terrace - all you can need in quite spacious studio condo. Comfy big bed, aircon and a ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette if you want to cook your own dinners (full with cutlery and crockery, fridge and coffee machine). Clean private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Host was very lovely too, we need an iron and we could borrow it with no fuss alongside ironing board. Very...

“Pros: The Quietness of the wonderful mornings, in the middle of Tuscan Woods. The clean and big pool with a view. The host, very friendly and engaged. a perfect vacation!”

“Pros: Alles perfect in orde.”

“While the property was in the perfect location next to mini metro and restaurants it had some problems. Remote didn’t work whole week, two lighters for stove didn’t work. In addition my wife went about three days because hairdryer didn’t work till it was replaced. Ceiling light switch didn’t work so no ceiling light. Light over stove didn’t work. Shower head leaked badly. We initially contacted owner about some of the problems and he kept saying he’ll be there but never came. Told us he was out...

“Pros: We really loved the outdoors at this place. The pool, the pavillion and just the area around was so peaceful. It was quiet and all the other guest were very friendly and respectful. The pool was always very clean and just in general the property was very good taken care of. We stayed there with friends and their dog and can really recommend as there is lots of nature around to take walks. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all it needs. There was no airconditioning but we just...

“Pros: Location in the mountains is superb, very friendly& supportive staff, fair price Cons: Only very small windows in the appartment, thus dark and nearly no chance for fresh cold air in the night. Due to the size of the location the pool was overcrowded and too less sun chairs. Photos better than reality.”
