Riverfront Home, vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti

Questa casa d'epoca sul fiume si trova sulle rive del bellissimo fiume russo. Riverside Hideaway è un cottage per gli ospiti situato al piano inferiore della casa principale sulla proprietà. C'è un ingresso privato, veranda coperta privata w / barbecue a gas con vista sul fiume e soleggiato cortile parzialmente recintato. L'accesso al fiume è tramite scale per attraccare. TOT # 725N

Il soggiorno dispone di un camino a gas autoportante, pavimenti in legno, futon full size e centro di intrattenimento con TV via cavo. Le camere sono spaziose con letti confortevoli (queen size) (compresi piumini extra) e TV nella camera da letto principale. Il bagno è in stile Jack and Jill con box doccia. La cucina è stata ristrutturata e ha nuovi armadi in acero, ripiani in granito, frigorifero, fornello a gas e forno a microonde. Altre foto disponibili su richiesta. I kayak sono disponibili su richiesta.

Questa casa è a pochi passi dal centro di Monte Rio, negozio di alimentari, spiaggia pubblica, noleggio barche, cinema, campi da tennis e ristoranti. Northwood Golf Course è apx. un miglio di distanza. La costa del Pacifico (Jenner) è raggiungibile in 15 minuti in auto. Guerneville è 5 miglia a est. Siamo situati a breve distanza in auto da molte cantine della contea di Sonoma. La caratteristica Occidental è a 10 minuti.

Wonderful mini-getaway with kid & grandma

Took my elderly mom and my kids (8 and 13yo) here for a long weekend. The place was perfect. A backyard for grandma to bask in the sun and access to a canoe and kayaks for me and the kids. We walked to dinner one night and ate in another night. We played cards on the porch and watched a movie at night. The apartment is small but cute and the location right on the water can't be beat! Owner was quick to respond with questions. Wifi was strong if you need to work.

AMAZING home and location

We stayed here for a weekend event. The home is in the perfect location. Beautiful patio views while BBQing and enjoying the home. It had everything needed in the kitchen and lots of space to sit and eat. The yard below and the dock were nice touches. It was a hot weekend and we enjoyed the swimming in the river and the use of the Kayaks, etc. Kim is an excellent host. She was always available and had the place very clean and ready to stay. We didnt want to leave! I will for sure be booking again.

Family Wedding

Very nice cottage! Front and back yards are beautiful as is the view of the Russian River. 2 nice size bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, super rear deck surrounded by giant redwoods. And, this area is very close to some awesome scenery - from an easy, leisurely drive along the Pacific coast to the Redwood forest and many Sonoma wineries. We had a wonderful time! Bill and Christy

Fun on the River

Very clean and well maintained property. Great to have access to two kayaks and a canoe. Walking distance to the beach and town and the fun Boho Manor. We hope to return!

Great place

Totally worth it to stay here. Place is very cute. While the bathroom is small and the houses are close together, the big bedrooms and well appointed kitchen are great. Sitting on the back deck and using the kayaks right from the dock were our favorite parts.

Lovely Gem

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay at this riverside hideaway. For the price, the unit is very large (bathroom is a bit small, but not unmanageable at all) and most importantly, very well appointed (unlike many other places we have stayed.) The only wobble is that trying to figure out if we'd successfully turned the gas fired stove off was a little bit challenging - hopefully we managed it. Other than that, 2 thumbs up. Highly recommended, and hope to be able to stay there again the next time we head to the Russian River!

Perfection on the River

This is the perfect home for a get away in the redwoods. The location and views are breathtaking and Kim the owner was a delight. The landscaping is beautifully done with multiple terraces down to the river. All you need is a cup of coffee or glass of wine while you sit and take in the beauty of it all. We most certainly will be back. Thank you Kim for providing all of us an opportunity to enjoy!

Great birthday getaway

This was a cute home and a great place to relax. I came with my mom to celebrate my birthday. It was great to have that quality time together. I thought the description of the place said we'd be staying on the ground floor. So, I was surprised when we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our place. My mom is 89 years old, and was able to make it, but it was tiring for her. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing getaway weekend for both of us.

Relaxing Getaway

This was my second visit to the home and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Accommodations were clean, covered patio overlooking the river was peaceful and relaxing, and the home was centrally located in Russian River on a very quiet street. I’m looking forward to a return visit in the future.
