Agriturismo il Capoverso è collocato in una posizione silenziosa e tranquilla, ad 2 km dal centro storico di Monte San Savino, borgo medioevale famoso per l'enogastronomia e ideale per visitare Arezzo, Siena, Firenze, Cortona, Montepulciano,Pienza, Perugia e i loro incantevoli territori.
Abbiamo dato vita ad un luogo accogliente dove viviamo e riceviamo gli ospiti, prendendoci cura di olivi secolari, piantando antiche varietà di frutta, coltivando ortaggi, il tutto con metodi naturali, nel rispetto dell'ambiente.
Oggi siamo lieti di ospitarvi nel podere principale, in tre appartamenti con finiture di pregio (separati ma all'occorenza comunicanti per gruppi di 14 persone), ciascuno dei quali dotato di ingresso indipendente e opportunamente sanificato per garantirvi il massimo comfort.

APPARTAMENTO LAVANDA (5 persone)
Situato al piano terra, dispone di ampi spazi ed è composto da
- una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno
- una camera tripla con bagno privato (possibilità di tre letti singoli oppure di un letto singolo e un matrimoniale)
- una cucina abitabile e attrezzata (dotata di lavastoviglie, forno elettrico e frigorifero/congelatore a colonna, stoviglie)
- un ampio salone dal quale si accede al giardino esterno tramite un finestrone scorrevole. Qui è presente una veranda con un grande tavolo di legno ove cenare nelle fresche sere estive ed un ampio giardino in cui giocare.

Abbiamo a vostra disposizione un'ampia piscina di 15x5m ( profondità 1,10 m -1,40 m), sanificata con cloro, posta in posizione soleggiata e riservata, con una bella vista sulle colline circostanti.
Sono presenti un patio ombreggiato, doccia a riscaldamento solare e recinzione in legno per i più piccoli.
E' attivo Wifi gratuito illimitato in tutte le stanze e in prossimità della struttura.
E' inoltre presente una stanza lavanderia con lavatrice, detersivo ecologico, stendipanni, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro a disposizione degli ospiti.
L'appartamento viene fornito completo di biancheria da letto, da bagno, da cucina, di teli piscina, sapone mani ecologico, detersivi ecologici per piatti, spezie.
Viene effettuato il cambio delle lenzuola settimanale.

Adiacente al podere principale è presente una depandance dove viviamo con discrezione, prendendoci cura dell'agrituirsmo che richiede di manutenzione quotidiana, disponibili per qualsiasi vostra informazione o necessità.
Durante il soggiorno potrete degustare il nostro olio extra vergine di oliva di qualità superiore, che produciamo nel frantoio aziendale, visitabile su richiesta.
Inoltre, in base alla stagione, potrete raccogliere la frutta matura e gli ortaggi dell'orto biologico, nel rispetto dei luoghi.
E c'è tanto, tanto di più...
come la fioritura di trenta varietà di rose da maggio in poi...
il ronzio delle api sulla lavanda in fiore a giugno...
le stellate notturne e le lucciole..
le cene all'aperto godendosi il piacevole fresco della sera...
la raccolta delle olive a novembre e la spremitura del primo olio nuovo...

We loved everything about Capoverso! Our family really enjoyed the Monte San Savino games (only on certain evenings) and restaurants. Chiara made excellent recommendations. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool (us too!) and the home was spacious.

All we could have asked for. Communication, location, and amenities where just as described. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to all the towns in the area. We spent almost two weeks at Il Capisoverso and loved every minute of our visit. Chiara and Gianluca were the perfect hosts. This was a great home base for our tour around the country side. It was nice to come back to a inviting place that provided a place to unwind. We used the grill and ate in almost every evening meal. We started our day with coffee and then set out to explore. Having laundry facilities added to the overall experience of making this our home base. Thank you Chiara and Gianluca for making our trip truly memorable.

A friend and I stayed here for three nights. It was pure relaxation and exactly what we needed. We felt safe in the space and Chiara made us feel at home upon arrival. A perfect place from which to enjoy a local day of wine touring. I would recommend a car for ease of groceries and exploring neighboring towns but can also walk 30 min into Monte San Savino. We enjoyed our stay enormously. The beauty of the landscape, the comforts of the accommodation, the warmth of our host all combined to make us want to stay longer, or next best, return. There are Pleasurable day trips in every direction, but the town itself offers a variety of dining options and lovely walks - or just enjoying the garden. Romeo the cat was the cherry on top of this splendid sundae.

Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch klappte hervorragend. Chiara und Gianluca haben sich um alles gekümmert. Die Wohnung war tip top ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Velholdt ejendom med god beliggenhed. I udkanten af byen men samtidig meget rolige omgivelser med blandt andet en flot have mv. Eneste lille anke er, at grillen skal deles med de øvrige enheder - kan forestille mig at det kan give udfordringer i nogle tilfælde. Bør være en grill pr. enhed efter min mening - men en lille ting i det overordnede billede. Generelt god kvalitet/beliggenhed i forhold til pris.

My party of four had the most breathtaking, splendid stay at Il Capo Verso. Chiara and Gianluca are exquisite hosts. We took every single restaurant recommendation of Chiara's...and they were magnificent. We felt so well taken care of at their property. The Lavanda Apartment is the perfect place to slow down, connect with friends, and make lifelong memories. We are so grateful for Chiara and Gianluca's hospitality. We loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer. The property is so peaceful, and the unit itself is great. Well equipped kitchen, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and very clean. We also enjoyed walking around the property to see the gardens and sitting outside by the barbecue or on the patio by the unit. Monte San Savino is also very close by and is a nice, small town to walk around, plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc. Lastly, Chiara was so helpful thought our stay (and before, helping us plan). Great hospitality.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. If I was missing anything, all we had to do was ask. Our hosts Chiara & Gianluca were friendly, attentive and very helpful. When I needed an emergency dentist appointment she found one the same day! When we asked for restaurant recommendations, it was a wonderful meal. I would say that if you have a car and want to relax...this is a perfect place.

We just returned from 10 days in this beautiful property. Chiara and Gianluca were perfect hosts. Very friendly and happy to supply lots of useful information regarding restaurants etc. We were able to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables they grow. We loved seeing the cats and dogs who often came to say hello. The swimming pool was lovely and very much welcome after a hot day sightseeing. The property is in a good position as Monte San Savino is very close and has a variety of restaurants and a big supermarket. We would definitely consider returning.

Der Gesamteindruck lässt sich nur schwer in Worte fassen, aber soviel sei gesagt: An dieser Unterkunft und allem Zugehörigen gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Traumlage, perfekte Ausstattung und sehr freundliche und sympathische Eigentümer. Entspannung pur. Nicht zu vergessen, die unheimlich süßen Hunde und Katzen. Idealer Standort um die umliegende Toskana zu besichtigen. Daher ist die Rückkehr für nächstes Jahr schon fest eingeplant.

This is a great find if you are looking for a unique, peaceful country setting that is close to many of the attractions of Tuscany. The property is impeccably maintained, with aesthetically pleasing rustic decor and all the modern conveniences. The hosts are the nicest people you could meet. They went out of their way to recommend restaurants (take their advice!), show us how their olives were pressed for their delicious olive oil, and even promised to take in the laundry we had hanging out to dry in case it started to rain while we were gone! We look forward to returning again in the future! This was a a great place to stay; very homey, surrounded by well-tended gardens full of roses. Very obviously a labor of love on the part of the owners.

This apartment was a dream come true, in the hills of Tuscany close to many Tuscan towns, yet far from the crowds. Gianluca and Chiara were great, very helpful with tips on everything from restaurants to how to get to Florence. Capoverso was lovely, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved staying at Il Capoverso! It is such a beautiful place in a lovely location (in wine country, a little over an hour from Florence and less than an hour to Siena). The apartment is spacious with a large living area and kitchen, multiple indoor dining areas as well as outdoor seating. Unfortunately, it was too cool for the pool, but the yard, garden and pool area were all lovely. There was a large grassy area for my son to run around, which was refreshing after being in cities and hilltop towns for much of the trip. Monte San Savino is a charming little town with restaurants, grocery, gelaterias etc. Chiara, Gianluca, and their very sweet daughter are such wonderful people, and we loved getting to know them and their adorable pets! They even called to make a dinner reservation for us one night, and prepared a wonderful dinner for us another night.

Das Beste an dieser Wohnung ist die Lage. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Typische Toskana Landschaft, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Chiara und Gianlucca, die Vermieter sind phantastische Gastgeber, jederzeit mit Ausflugstipps und sonst allerlei nützlichen und wissenswerten Tipps bereit zu helfen, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühls und Gian-Luca und Chiara standen uns jeder Zeit mit Auskünften zur Verfügung. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Rennradtouren gut geeignet. Das Olivenöl von Gian-Luca war köstlich.

Our visit to Agriturismo Capo Verso went beyond meeting our expectations. Chiara and Gianluca made themselves available at all times to provide information about local attractions and offer suggestions for day travel. They also made their plentiful garden available to us where we picked tomatoes, strawberries and peppers, just to name a few. The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated with wonderful vistas of the local hillsides. The en-suite bedrooms created perfect privacy for two couples. The farm is conveniently located close to the A1 autosrada and within easy driving distance to many hill towns. Gianlucca arranged for a tour of their local winery where we returned many times to purchase the delicious wines. Monte San Savino itself is relatively undiscovered with few tourists in the early fall. We went to many of the local restaurants and were delighted not only with the delicious local foods, but the willingness of the proprietors and service staff to help us with the language in making menu choices. Adding an extra sparkle to our holiday was Chiara and Gianluca's family, their beautiful daughter, Julia, Chiara's father, and their furry family, most notably their gentle dog, Camilla, and Tigro, the friendly cat. I would highly recommended renting this property as the foundation for a Tuscan adventure.

We have spent wonderful time with our family and friends in Il Capo Verso in Tuscany. The place is speacious, clean, with a great garden (fresh veggies available) and lovely owners. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities, so we even managed to bake a całe! The swimming pool has very decent size and a beautiful view. We would like to thank Chiara and Gianluca for a great time and homy atmosphere in their place and hope to come back. I highly recommend this location. JG
