“This was a great place to stay. The reason for 4 stars was the mats in the bathroom were not cleaned in a while. They had bits of debris in them. It was a nice size house so I expect they were overlooked. I would stay there again.”

“I did not have a good experience booking this property through Expedia. Communication with the host was a challenge, the property was not ready for check-in - had to sit and wait on cleaning crew to finish. Shower liner in bathroom had mold and mildew stains and when I messaged the host, I received an AI generated response just saying "Thanks for letting us know." There was no effort to replace the liner during our stay or apply a discount when requested. Also, we were not provided with the...

“TV worked but we didn’t have the fire stick tv code to be able to stream YouTube tv. We were unable to watch anything on tv with the exception of YouTube (no YouTube TV) and no normal cable. Should have left instructions on how to operate tv. We weren’t there to watch tv, but it poured most of the day till time for the concert. Would have been nice if it had worked. Back door automatic lock was dissembled and laying on counter. Guy came and looked at tv and said he didn’t know code...

“The home and it’s setting was beautiful! From almost anywhere in the house, you were able to look over the mountain and enjoy the amazing view. The master suite upstairs got very warm and was hard to cool down without freezing everyone downstairs.I love a Chemex coffee maker but by the time you grind the beans and heat the water and take time pouring it over the grounds it was kind of a long process. I think it makes the best coffee, but it was frustrating to the rest of my group. A cheap Keurig...

“We had an amazing stay after going to a concert at The Caverns! The property is beautiful and was the perfect size for two people. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The only downside was the cleaning fee. It felt a bit expensive, especially since guests are asked to complete a fairly extensive checkout cleaning list before leaving. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting the area!”
