luxury condo
The place looked very nice. The inside of the condo was immaculate, but the amenities were not available to us and that was very disappointing. The whole reason why I booked this condo was because they had a pool table and we could play alot during our down time. When we got upstairs to play, the pool table was broken beyond repair and needed to be replaced. That was a bummer. Then, they never opened up the bar at night. Boo. I told the owner of the condo that I have upcoming trips to Jamaica and if she wanted my patronage, she would have to at least replace the pool table. When I spoke to the owner, she said that she had no knowledge of these amenities not being available and she would speak to the property manager. She promised that the pool table would be fixed by Saturday of our stay and it was not. She lied to us. When owners have properties, they should make sure that all of the amenities are working properly because that's called excellent customer service and return visitors. I will try to contact her before my next trip and ask for proof of pool table replacement. If not replaced, I will stay somewhere else.
Otherwise, very safe environment and staff was nice and helpful.
