Summary:
Chatham Palms A3 is a 2-bed apartment with community pool located 1 min to a golden sand beach, minutes to Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records, Doctor's Cave Beach and Margaritaville - all walking along the Hip Strip.

The cutely furnished home has 2 large air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large closets and high quality linens. There's a sit-out patio, air conditioned living, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

Chatham Palms is a high-end gated community with 24 hr security, you will be required to present an ID when entering, strictly "No ID No Entry", there is pool with deck chairs, gym and garden areas to enjoy. The location could not be more prime, located 3 minutes from the airport, bang in the heart of the "Hip Strip", it is in walking distance to many attractions and eateries but also in close proximity by car to the Freeport, downtown, Ironshore and Rose Hall areas.

The community is a small and intimate one. Chatham A3, this stunning flat, is located on the front of the A apartment block with gorgeous views of the common area and Montego Bay hills. The flat is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a safe and well located place with all the modern 1st world amenities. There is a smart TV in the living room and master bedroom, cable and WiFi are setup and ready to use.

Guest Access:
You will need to show an ID to check in at the security gate and collect the keys. Guests have full access to the entire unit except for the laundry area. The guests have entire use of the complex - swimming pool, gym and beach.

The Neighborhood:
Chatham Palms A3 is a luxurious apartment in the Chatham Palm gated community. It is situated in the heart of Montego Bay city on the newly named Godfrey Dyer Boulevard. Local hot spots include Usain Bolt's Tracks and Records, Starbucks, Doctor's Cave Beach, Margaritaville, The Pelican, The S Hotel, Coral Cliff and amongst many others. As you step out of the complex you are bang on the Hip Strip. One never needs to even leave the 2 mile strip to have a truly memorable experience - there are fabulous beaches, great dining spots, tremendous shopping, attractions and the charm of the Jamaican people.

Getting Around:
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

Other Things to Note:
The base price includes up to 2 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

•Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.

•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house.

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use.

•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup.

•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle.

•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.

•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave.

•Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electricals are left on.

•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

It was a nice stay. Communication was great and easy. The booking process is a bit much and the 24 hours form (that has to be completed under 24 hours otherwise you get a message that your reservation will be cancelled is not necessary) especially once you have already booked and paid the reservation. Only thing it was hard to deal with was the AC who turns off immediately after 1mins and does not run at night for some reason - but we did without it. Would book again - it was overall a great stay and location is convenient.
