This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am.

This is a beautiful property. The pool and beach areas are well maintained and the landscaping is gorgeous. The room we had in the pineapple house was well appointed. The amenities were very nice. I was unfortunately disappointed by the service. Our driver from the airport took a detour in route to run an errand, which was alarming. Most of the dining staff seemed unconcerned with serving us, the only exception being Kenneth in the main dining area, who was wonderful. The beach bartender was downright rude. I was also disappointed by the food quality. It was expensive, but just not very good. I also should mention the resort is very family friendly, which some may not mind, but there were lots of small children and it’s not my preference when I’m on this sort of trip. There is some sort of bar across the water from the property with loud music, which kept us up til after midnight our final night, which was also not great. Overall, I would not recommend and would not stay again.

Dear Mrs. Lewis, Thank you for the detailed survey and while it is great to know you enjoyed parts of your stay, it was challenging to read about your unsavory moments. While the music across the water is something that extends beyond our capacity, despite involving local authorities, the items that are directly in our grasp are the most disconcerting. As I am looking into all aspects of your visit, would you recall if the driver for your departure was the same driver as the one who brought you in? Stopping for a personal errand (and would really be curious what that was) is not acceptable, regardless of purpose or relative brevity. Also, it is disappointing to read that one of our team members was rude - was it a condescending tone or just a generally gruff approach? I am also very open to additional commentary on the food as it relates to taste/preparation. Overall, I apologize for the magical experience that went unrealized and we will look to improve for future stays. On a positive note, your accolades for Kenneth will be shared because his light shines particularly bright in your case. Round Hill is spectacular. The property is beautiful. The staff are attentive and friendly. The amenities are high quality and spacious so you can have privacy and your own space. The food and food service is the highest quality.

Round Hill is a magical place with excellent service. Customer service is wonderful and the property is par to none. Only request would be for more food variety, especially vegetarian / vegan options (although they were very accommodating when asked for more option while we were there). We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

This hotel is amazing all the way from the pool boy David to our driver Andrew to bartender Larry and ottis and the front desk Tiffany. Me and my girlfriend picked this place to celebrate my 30th and they exceeded any expectations I had I felt like I was at home. Without a doubt I’ll be returning here.

This unique resort exceeds all your expectations. The service is beyond compare. They genuinely care about your comfort and needs and are always happy and courteous. The food is excellent and live music and dancing every night. One band was better than another. The landscaping is worthy of a botanical garden. The water is calm and infinity pools just beautiful. A complete resort. This is my second trip and it won’t be my last.

Feels like home
Wonderful stay! The staff is welcoming and has a strong attention to detail. The food excellent. If you are staying in the hotel rooms the all inclusive meal plan is the way to go, however you have to know to ask for it at check-in. The tennis lessons, spa and glass bottom boat tour are all worth checking out. We plan to return again and again!

Terrific property, service and dining. Major upgrade at check in to Villa. Staff, particularly Kingsley, friendly and efficient. Food exceptional with theme nights including wonderful beach barbecue. Beach area good with bar service, water sports and plenty of sun and shade. COVID procedures appropriate. COVID tests available on site for US return. Great place highly recommended!!

Superb! Even as the world was dealing with a global epidemic, this resort did not miss a beat~ a well oiled machine! The grounds are stunning and the staff is warm, gracious and professional; many loyal staff members have been with the resort for decades which is a good sign! Food was delish and the theme dinners and entertainment were creative, special and authentic. Round Hill is old Jamacian charm with understated luxury~ Ya mon!

The grounds were lush and well maintained. The adult only area at the spa and gym was a nice touch and having a better beach access there would have been nice. The villa was lovely and laid out well. There could have been better communication regarding the staff hours and responsibilities. Finally while the local food was delicious, we would have enjoyed having a larger variety of options.

We stayed in a standard oceanfront room with a patio which was a lovely room with all you need. The property and amenities are excellent with beautiful manicured gardens, friendly staff and a brilliant location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top quality resort by the sea.
