Coccolati dai proprietari e dalle Faggiaie, con il loro olio e il loro vino, una casa bellissima,calda, accogliente, un giardino perfetto,recintato e grande, per giocare con i nostri cagnolini, e intorno i boschi per lunghe passeggiate. “Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. “This place has it all. It was big enough for the group of 10 of us to have our own room and bathroom and privacy. The house and grounds are beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The care takers Livio and Marella were so nice, helpful and attentive. And the highlight was Billy, the dog. He was our friend, protector and biscuit eater. For a group of dog lovers who were missing their dogs while on vacation, he made our trip. We will definitely be back.”

“Convent I Cappuccini was amazing. We (18 family members) spent a week here in early July 2022. The rooms are so beautiful and simply appointed. There were absolutely no complaints from the group. We loved the pool, the forest walks, early morning runs to Montalcino, lovely dinners on the patio, and day trips to close by hill towns. This house is a perfect venue for a wedding, family reunions or conferences. Riccardo kept the pool sparkling and was a great host. Thank you.”

There is so much space so perfect for large groups. Oliva and Lucia provide everything you could need! We did wine tours, dinners, and cooking classes all from Olivas recommendations. “A typical italian countryside villa beautifully renovated situated in a very pleasant area with a well looked after and relaxing garden and veranda. Spacious bedrooms with useful furniture. Well equipped bathrooms. Spacious sitting room with an open space kitchen with all the necessary tools, pots and pans. The only thing missing was the WiFi, which is much needed in this day and age. Perhaps the host could also improve on the quality of bedding as we found the sheets not to be of very high...
